Attorney Profiles

I was born in Mullens, West Virginia and grew up in Man, West Virginia. My great-grandfather, grandfather and father were coal miners. During my life I have watched as workers have given their bodies and health to employers in exchange for feeding and educating their children. When serious injury or death occurs, these families are placed in desperate situations. It has been my privilege to represent families seeking justice to right the wrong inflicted upon them by employers who are more concerned with profit than worker safety and dignity.

I will continue to vigorously represent the families of workers who have been seriously injured or killed by the wrongful acts of others.
