TIM BAILEY: We represent hard working men and women and their families throughout the state of West Virginia.
LEE JAVINS: Our typical client is someone who has been injured on the job. Because coal is so prevalent around these parts, a lot of our clients are injured in coal mine related accidents. But we also represent loggers, people on construction jobs, but by and large, the bulk of our work involves injuries to people working on the job.
GUY BUCCI: You can't put the whole life together again, but you can help people to move on with the respect that they deserve and which their loved one or without that injury think they would have had that disadvantage to begin with.
TIM BAILEY: We take care of cases for families all over the state. And when I say we take care of cases, from filing in the local courthouse to trying them and then taking cases up to the Supreme Court here in West Virginia and to the United States Supreme Court.
For me it really is about these families and what's been taken away from them. Every day when I get up, I literally am proud to come into my office because I know that today I can do something to help a family.
